All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached.

All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customers expense.

All canceled or returned items are subject to a 4% merchant processing fee.

To return products simply mail the product back with an explanation for the return; along with a copy of your receipt.

Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.

Paddle Surf Warehouse suggests that you ship back returns with tracking and or insurance.

All surf boards and stand up paddle boards 9 feet or over are considered as freight. Our site currently is not capable of processing freight fees. Freight charges are usually from $170 - $200. Please email us prior to purchase or choose local pick-up and we will conact you about a quote. All new Naish Paddle Boards are free shipping except Hawaii shipments there will be a $100 dollar charge to ship to hawaii.
