How do I return an item?

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. When returning any unused items, please print out your order or write on a piece of paper your order #, name, address, phone number and reason for return. This will help us issue a refund or send out a replacement ASAP upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be unused and in resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges. No Returns on Stand Up Paddle Boards or Clearance Items. If you have a problem with your board, please contact us immediately at sales@paddlesurfwarehouse.com and provide as much information about the issue along with pictures when possible.



WARRANTY
EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE

We offer the following limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials.

This limited warranty excludes the following:
* Boards that show impact or abuse, damage due to heat exposure including but not limited to direct sun exposure, extended amount of time in a car, board bag, etc.
* Previous repairs
* Broken boards
* Boards with signs of improper care or handling
* Incidental damage
* Unreasonable use

*** EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING *** :
Do not expose your SUP board to excessive heat or sunlight when not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable and undesirable consequences to particularly the deck pad which can become :
- Distorted in size and/or quality.
- Unstuck from the board.
- Significant fading of color.

These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty as they are due to a user or storage problem, and not related to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.


ORDERING
We accept orders online 24/7/365 on our website. We are happy to advise you on the type and size board that would be best for you however for your security and ours we do not accept phone orders.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

We guarantee the price of your purchase for 7 days from date of purchase. In the event our web-price has been reduced during that period, upon request, as a goodwill gesture we will issue an eGift Card in-store credit.

Payment Options: Paddle Surf Warehouse accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We do not accept check or money order. Our website is fully secure via a verified GoDaddy.com SSL certificate. Any payment information you enter on our website is fully encrytped through the Authorize.net Payment Gateway. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website to enter your CC info and then returned to our site once the payment has been confirmed and your order is complete. You are also welcome to call in your order to 949.574.5897 and we will be happy to assist you.

VIEWING ORDERS
You can view your order status online at any time by clicking "Log In" at the top of any screen on the website. Once logged in, just click "My Orders" on the menu. You will then be able to review your open orders as well as your complete order history.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Click "Log In" from the menu of any page. Once you log in you will be taken to "My Dashboard" where you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.
