SUPER DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
NSP E2 epoxy provides hours of worry free fun on the water and years of longevity.
NSP SUP’s are manufactured with a super durable E2 Epoxy construction. NSP starts with a Secure Cell E.P.S. core and a specially designed light weight, fiberglass mat and then laminates them together with an expanding epoxy resin. This expansion creates a “micro sandwich” which helps give additional impact strength to the deck and bottom of the paddle board. The decks also combine lengthwise Uni-Fiber Strips which add tensile strength.
Lastly the rails of the board are hand glassed with an additional layer of fiberglass reinforcement after the molding process. The additional fiberglass/epoxy in this critical area of the board will protect it from seam splits and rail dings. A noticeable weight reduction has been achieved thanks to continuous improvements in the laminating process making
NSP Paddleboards both lightweight and durable.
